The fundamental purpose of Centering Prayer and of Contemplative Outreach is to further the knowledge and experience of God’s love in the consciousness of the human family. Consenting to the Divine presence & action within us is the heart and soul of Centering Prayer.

We invite you to attend the Chapter Retreat Day to embrace the process of transformation in Christ, through the practice of Centering Prayer.

Presenter: Dr. Kelly Breen Boyce provides psychoanalytic psychotherapy at Bareiter Counseling Center in Charlotte, NC. She is an adjunct professor of counseling at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. She is particularly interested in how Centering Prayer, along with other contemplative practices, and psychotherapy can foster meaningful connectedness with ourselves, God, and others.
